A REVIEW OF MARCHS' COUNCIL BY ELECTIONS

Thank you to MiddleEnglander for this information.

There were 25 by-elections during March with 6 (24%) changing hands.
This assumes no change in Fylde, St John's where the former Councillor had been elected as Ratepayers' Association in 2007, as Independent sponsored by Ratepayers' Association in 2011 whilst the new Councillor won as Ratepayers' Association.
